Get the facts from professionals in Banking, Real Estate, Law, Insurance and Home Inspection! This four-part, certified series helps you shop as an informed consumer. Income eligible borrowers can use their Certificates of Achievement to apply for special first-time home buyer loans from MassHousing and One Mortgages, as well as valuable First Time Homebuyer funds to reduce down payments or closing costs. To receive a certificate, attendance at all four classes is required.

Fee: $50 covers up to 2 adults for all 4 sessions. Includes materials and refreshments.
